Delivery Methods:

After placing an order (excluding the order day), it will be shipped in approximately 7 business days, excluding holidays. 

Our order packing cut off time is on every Wednesday 12pm. Orders made before Wednesday will be packed and shipped within the week. Delivery time is usually Saturday 9:00 - 22:00, with no deliveries on Sundays. During festive periods or in the case of a high volume of orders or uncontrollable natural disasters, there may be delays in shipping.

Tracking number for delivery will be updated latest on Friday. 

Orders made after Wednesday 12pm, orders will be processed and packed the following week. 
 
For PRE-ORDER, kindly note that the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Once order is here, we will arrange to send up via Courier.
