Recommended usage:
1. Jade Roller
Firmly roll the jade roller in upward and outward movements, start at the neck and move up to the forehead. Repeat these motions for several minutes covering all areas of you face.
Apply a serum, gently roll and infuse into your skin Apply a mask, roll and push the product into your skin, wash clean afterwards Cool the facial roller in the fridge or freezer for a de-puffing effect.
2. Gua Sha
Use pressured strokes along the forehead, cheeks, under eyes, chin and neck. Repeat each stroke 3 times before moving onto the next section. Press hard enough your skin turns red, but does not hurt or cause bruises. It can also be used as a detoxifier on your entire body by firmly hugging the skin with the gua sha and moving in long pressured strokes. Break the body up into sections and repeat each stroke 3-5 times.
