Be Charmed was founded in 2019 by three sisters — Sheny, Susan & Celine Koh — with one shared belief: that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and empowered — regardless of size, and always in quality pieces worth wearing.

What started as a dream grew into something we never expected. Since 2019, we have shown up for you twice a week, every week — live on Facebook, rain or shine — bringing you the latest fashion finds, exclusive handpicked styles, and even outstation lives to source the best pieces just for you. Every stream, every collection, every late night packing session has been done with one person in mind: you.

Before Be Charmed, I spent years in the legal industry — a world built on precision, strategy, and knowing how to fight for the best outcome. I never imagined those skills would one day be the backbone of a fashion business. But here we are, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Those years taught me to negotiate hard, stand firm, and never settle — and that's exactly how I work with our suppliers today. I know what quality looks like, I know what our customers deserve, and I will always go the extra mile — including outstation sourcing trips — to make sure we bring you nothing less than the best.

What people might not expect is that even now, you'll still find me packing orders myself. Because every parcel that leaves our hands is a promise we've made to you, and I want to make sure it's done right.

Building Be Charmed alongside Sheny and Celine has been the most meaningful chapter of my life. This isn't just a business — it's a movement to uplift and empower every woman who chooses to shop with us. We are just getting started.

CELINE, LI WEI

As the youngest of the three, I bring fresh energy, a bold eye, and a deep love for fashion that has been with me for as long as I can remember. For me, fashion has always been a language — a way of telling the world exactly who you are without saying a word.

That instinct is what I bring to every collection we curate. I have always known how to choose the pieces our customers will love — the right cut, the right colour, the right feeling — and I haven't been wrong since. Every new arrival is a decision I stand behind, because I only pick what I would wear myself.

Behind the bold choices is someone steady and deeply determined. I know what I want, I know what our customers deserve, and I show up for both — every single time.

Being part of Be Charmed with Sheny and Susan is something I am grateful for every single day. Together, we balance each other perfectly — and that balance is what makes us stronger than any of us could be alone.

Leaving a career in banking was not an easy decision. But some opportunities find you at exactly the right moment — and when my sisters came to me with a dream, I knew this was one I couldn't walk away from.

The years I spent in banking gave me more than I realised at the time — a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a deep belief in doing things properly and with care. Those values quietly shape everything we do at Be Charmed, even when you don't see them on the surface.

As the eldest, my role has always felt natural to me — creating the space for Susan and Celine to bring their brilliance to the front, while I work steadily in the background to keep us grounded and moving in the right direction. I am gentle, but I am firm. I give way to my sisters often, because I trust them completely — and watching them shine is one of my greatest joys.

What drives me every day is not the spotlight, but the purpose. The chance to build something meaningful alongside the two people I love most, and to create a brand that genuinely uplifts the women who choose us — that is everything.

We started this with a shared vision and an unbreakable bond. Neither of those things has changed since day one.
